Whilst the movement to work from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic has been a great success in many ways, it has also led to a weakening of the physical connection, nonverbal feedback, and social recognition crucial to building resilience within leadership and teams. In this webinar, Anuka Gazara-Anthony and Toby Corballis provide insights into methods leaders can use to increase resilience within themselves and their teams, using proven tools developed by world experts in neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. The webinar will conclude with a practical demonstration from Anuka.
