Description: This webinar focuses on the ways in which all-employee share plans can be used to engage the wider workforce in terms of both reward and retention and in particular, to convey how businesses value employees’ commitment and contribution. We will look at the opportunities and the challenges of using UK tax approved plans for this purpose from a technical and administrative angle, and touch briefly on the ways in which these plans can be flexed for overseas roll-out.

Sarah is a Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience of advising quoted companies on global executive and all-employee incentive plans and is now a Director in the reward practice. She has extensive expertise in advising on the design, implementation and ongoing operation of incentive arrangements for large, listed multi-nationals, including all-employee and discretionary plans, both in the UK and globally. Sarah qualified as a solicitor in the incentives team at Linklaters in 1999, where she practiced for ten years, before moving to Deloitte.
