Matt Dronfield is an accomplished leader in the not-for-profit sector, he has dedicated over 15 years to driving transformative change and growth in youth, education, employment and financial advice.

Matt is the Managing Director of Debt Free Advice, an organisation that offers free comprehensive support to clients grappling with financial challenges. Matt navigated the service through the pandemic and cost-of-living crisis, rapidly adapting to an ever-changing world and expanding the service into a £7.5 million-per-year operation with over 50 locations and a team of 180 staff.

His commitment to driving positive change has led to numerous opportunities to share insights on debt advice and the impact of government policies on working families through appearances on BBC News, Sky News, GB News, LBC Radio, and Times Radio. Matt’s  aim is to inspire and engage audiences, create dialogue and collaboration that drives meaningful change in communities across the UK.

Jolyon Parsons is passionate about communications technology and how it can help organisations get closer to their customers. Jolyon supports clients in both for profit and not for profit adopt these innovations, with a particular focus on the practical, safe use of AI. 

He brings experience from his time at Accenture, working with the likes of BT delivering innovate digital transformation projects and subsequently start-up experience in financial services in the City of London.

After moving Ciptex to Manchester, with its fast growing “tech” ecosystem and proud history of innovation,  Jolyon is excited about the links Ciptex has developed in region, including Manchester Metropolitan University, where Ciptex supports Degree Apprentices as part of the team. Working closely with Twilio, as a Preferred Partner, Jolyon manages the relationship with Twilio.org, created to support non-profits, including international NGOs.

Jolyon is on the Council of Comms Council UK, the industry group representing some 100 communications providers in the UK. As a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists he enjoys contributing to their charitable initiatives and events.
