Estates and Infrastructure Exchange: Bridging The USD15tn Infrastructure Investment Funding Gap

There is a $2trillion annual gap of unfunded infrastructure projects globally. This gap is expected to grow despite the trillions of institutional and professional funds seeking direct investment into infrastructure.

Estates and Infrastructure Exchange has been established to address this gap, providing both a Primary Market for new issuances and a Secondary Market to create liquidity and help refinance standing assets. EIX is the first Exchange to focus exclusively on Estates and Infrastructure as an asset class and aims to revolutionise the sector globally using Data from the industry to improve transparency and risk analysis.
