We all know it’s important for success to look after our customers, but how do you do that in times of challenge? What the last two years have taught us is that at some point your business will face some form of crisis. It may be high growth pressure, cost base getting out of control, competition eating your lunch, capacity challenges, the fallout from wholesale technology transformation, or a myriad of other things... In this webinar, Jimmy Barber will run a session specially focused on how you can look after your customers in times of crisis. He will share some of his experience from across Financial Services and the lessons he has learned in trying (not always successfully) to navigate these choppy waters. Despite the subject, the session will be light, insightful, and thought provoking, and will give some practical tips to help to deliver for your customers when you next face times of crisis.
