Co-Opertition: The Evolving Payments Landscape - P20
Webinar - USA

Webinar Recording

Nearly all activity involves a payment. As consumers seek digital convenience, there is an explosion of innovation making the competitive landscape more vibrant than ever before. But there is an expectation that payments will be easy to make and affordable as well as secure and protected from fraud. P20 members believe that these issues are non-competitive and to deliver them requires collaboration. This webinar will give insights into these issues and answer these questions:

  • Should fraud and criminal transactions just be accepted as a cost of doing business?
  • Is the customer always right?
  • What responsibilities do financial institutions have in relation to cyber security?
  • Is cash a payment method of the past?
