What Do Schrems II, Brexit & Data Localisation Rules Mean For Cross Border Data Compliance And Your Global Digital Strategy?
Webinar - USA, Spain, UK

Webinar Recording

Many countries have adopted or have started to draft laws which restrict the transfer of certain data outside of the jurisdiction. The recent CJEU decision invalidating certain EU to US data transfers demonstrates how privacy and data protection laws can impact on your global technology and data strategies. With many organisations leveraging the benefits of global centres of excellence, near and offshore service centres, as well as moving more of their data services to specialist vendors and cloud based platforms, this webinar will analyse developments and trends in global data regulation and provide practical steps that can be taken to quantify and mitigate your organisation’s compliance exposure including the role of data compliance frameworks, cross border data transfer mechanisms and data management technologies.
