In 2007 the world suffered the Global Financial Crisis. The most serious financial crisis since the Great Depression of 1929. Citizens lost faith in the financial services and the ability of governments to protect their financial wellbeing. This presentation is based on a practitioner’s point of view and his experiences in implementing Operational Resilience. Who, What, What Is, Why and How he has defined new ways of working in support of Operational Resilience in an agile digital transformational world.
