Jonathan is responsible for the company’s share schemes, focusing on providing both all-employee and discretionary schemes that are attractive and engaging to the wide range of employees in Kier. Includes management of the third party providers & benefit trusts, award & vesting of share options and treatment of exiting employees.
Panellist: Jennifer Rudman, Industry Director (Employee Share Plans), EQ. Jennifer has responsibility for defining EQ’s share plan strategy and enhancing its employee share plan services. She is a member of a number of employee schemes working groups, liaising regularly with industry bodies. Jennifer acts as a point of reference for issuers and journalists, analysing market data to identify trends and informing the market of current practice.
Panellist: Matthew Hunter, Managing Associate, Tapestry Compliance. Matthew specialises in all aspects of global incentive arrangements and works with clients in a range of sectors. Matthew has a particular focus on financial services remuneration and has significant experience advising global banks, asset managers and insurers on EU and global remuneration regulation compliance.
Chairman: Darren Smith, National Sales Manager, YBS Share Plans, has worked in the Share Plans industry for over 20 years. In this time he has worked on all the operational teams including management, relationship management and most recently business development. He is a regular industry host and speaker on topics including share plans and financial wellbeing, bringing a fun and engaging style to events.
